Douglas McWilliams is an accomplished keynote speaker. Douglas is Founder and CEO of The Centre for Economics and Business Research, and one of Europe’s top economists.  In 1992 he set up and now runs one of the Britain’s leading commercial economics think tanks. He is a well-known public speaker of many years’ standing and is greatly in demand for speaking engagements and media appearances.

Earlier Career

Douglas served as IBM UK Chief Economist before being appointed Chief Economic Adviser to the CBI. Before this he was Chairman of the Economics Forecasting Group of UNICE, the European federation of employer organisations.
