David Walliams & celebrity cyclists start 1,000 cycle for Sport Relief

Little Britain star David Walliams together with his team of charity cycling celebrities start their 1,000 mile cycle ride for Sports Relief today.

Cycling from John O'Groats to Land's End, the team will have to endure some extremely cold weather including ice which could prove tricky for some.

The team can expect about 80 gruelling hours of pedalling before they reach their destination and highlights (or maybe lows!) of their journey can be seen on a documentary to be broadcast on the BBC in the run up to the Sport Relief weekend, which begins on Friday, March 19.
