Best known as the former British Number One tennis champion, Andrew Castle has since taken to the screen as a TV presenter on GMTV and the BBC, and more recently as a contestant on ‘Strictly Come Dancing’.  In the corporate world, Andrew is a successful after dinner speaker, awards host and conference facilitator.

British Tennis Champion

Andrews’s career took off in 1986 as a professional tennis player, competing in the 1988 Seoul and 1992 Barcelona Olympic Games. Andrew also took part in Davis and European Cup competitions. To add even further to his success, he was also crowned the British Number One tennis player in both singles and doubles.

Television Presenter

With great sporting success behind him, Andrew was more than qualified to become a presenter for some of the top tennis tournaments. Andrew’s first presenting role was as a co-presenter with Sue Barker at Sky, as well as presenting numerous golf and tennis tournaments including the U.S. P.G.A. Tour, European P.G.A. Tour and the 1995, 1997 and 1999 Ryder Cups.

Andrew has presented the Wimbledon Tennis Championships since 2003, working alongside Sue Barker and John McEnroe, commentating on key matches throughout the two weeks including the this year’s  thrilling Men’s Singles final.

Andrew has also presented equestrian events for Eurosport, hosted 'Andrew Castle's Tennis Night'; a phone-in programme on Radio Five Live and has narrated 'Flight of Death', a documentary for Channel 4. Andrew also presented ITV1`s quiz show, 'Perseverance' (2005).
