Robert Bathurst performs as Alex - the country's favourite obnoxious cartoon investment banker. A 75 minute theatre show enjoyed a very successful run in London’s West End and a 20 minute after-dinner version is now available for corporate entertainment.

Robert Bathurst is best known for his role as David Marsden in the hit ITV series Cold Feet. Other TV roles include Mark Taylor in Joking Apart, Mark Thatcher in Coup! and the Prime Minister in My Dad's The Prime Minister.

An electric plug which can be folded flat has beaten 90 international entries to win the Brit Insurance Design of the Year award. Min-Kyu Choi, from London's Royal College of Art, hit upon the idea after having to carry around a bulky conventional plug to charge his laptop.

This weekend the Altitude Festival kicks off in the alpine ski resort of Meribel in France. The week long festival is packed with hilarious comedy talent performing in a skiiers paradise. The festival is organised by comedians Marcus Brigstocke and Andrew Maxwell who aim to make the whole festival carbon neutral and raise awareness of global warning. This year Al Murray, Rufus Hound, 4 Poofs & a Piano and Rich Hall will be performing.
