Caroline Plumb
Caroline Plumb is co-Managing Director of FreshMinds, the research and recruitment consultancy she founded with Charlie Osmond in September 2000 and is an inspirational speaker to businesses and educational establishments.

Awards & Accolades
Caroline has received numerous awards for enterprise and has been twice nominated as one of Management Today’slist of high-achievers, the ’35 women under 35’. She is particularly proud to have spoken alongside Bill Gates at the UK Treasury’s Enterprise Conference in 2004 and alongside some of the world’s most inspiring business leaders at last year’s Institute of Directors Convention.
Entrepreneurism
Caroline has established herself as a role model for budding entrepreneurs to aspire and donates a significant amount of time speaking on enterprise at schools and universities around the country.
She holds numerous positions of responsibility, serving as Board Member of the National Council for Graduate Entrepreneurship and the Employers’ Advisory Group of the Higher Education Academy. She also sits on the Business Advisory Forum of Said Business School, Oxford and is an ambassador of the UK’s yearly ‘start talking ideas’ enterprise campaign.
And.....
In her spare time, Caroline enjoys long-distance running, and has completed the London Marathon. She holds a first class degree in Engineering, Economics and Management from Oxford University.
