Tanya Beckett is a business and general news presenter for the BBC. She currently appears primarily on BBCWorld, but has also worked on BBC1 and BBC News 24.  She is ideally suited for business and finance conferences or awards evenings where her knowledge and background can be bought to the forefront.

The programmes she has presented during her 8 years at the BBC include World Business Report, Breakfast News, Business Breakfast and Working Lunch. In September 2006 she returned from a two and a half year spell in New York where she presented daily business and news programmes.

Engineering Graduate and Investment Banker

Tanya is an engineering graduate from Oxford who prior to broadcasting spent 5 years working in London and Frankfurt as an investment banker.  She is married with two children.
