Bradley Walsh became a household name playing the lovable rouge Danny Baldwin in the UK's highest rating TV show Coronation Street.  He joined The Street in 2004 as Mike Baldwin's long lost nephew and has since had affairs with Sunita and Leanne Battersby. His wife Frankie left him when she discovered he was sleeping with his son's fiancé! He then discovered he was really Mike Baldwin's son. Never a dull moment.

Life After Corrie

Since leaving the street Bradley has filmed an emotional three part ITV drama entitled Torn. He plays a cameo role alongside Holly Aird and Nicola Walker.

Bradley has also fulfilled one of his own ambitions acting in a Dickens costume drama alongside Sir Derek Jacobi. Old Curiosity Shop will be screened in ITV this Christmas.

2007 has also seen him working with Palm D'or and Ken Loach on a short film to celebrate 60 years of Cannes Film Festival. It was screened in Cannes in May 2007.

As if this wasn't enough excitement, Bradley still found the time to perform on The Royal Variety Performance, guest present Des and Mel and present a programme for Must See TV dedicated to one of his favourite shows The Sweeney. Bradley has also appeared as a guest on Parkinson and the Jonathan Ross Show.

And before Corrie

After his big break on his debut on The Royal Variety Show in 1993 he became a regular on Des O'Connor Tonight which in turn led to a series of sell out tours across the country as a stand up comedian.

Bradley, the Television Host

As a presenter Bradley has hosted The National Lottery on BBC 1, The Big Stage on Ch 5, Shoot The Messenger on The Paramount Channel and Sports Addicts on Challenge TV.

And as an Actor

As an actor he has a varied track record on TV, Film and Stage. Bradley spent six months playing the lead role Eric in Michael Cooney's brilliant comedy Cash On Delivery in the West End. He first broke into television acting in a cameo role in Carlton TV's The Thing About Vince and then in a major role as villain Larry Harmless in Lock, Stock the television spin-off from the film Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels. He made his big screen debut in the film, Mike Bassett, England Manager. Bradley appeared in over fifty episodes of ITV's late night soap Night and Day.

Radio Broadcaster

He also had great success with his own show on Capital Radio, which was broadcast throughout the network on Sundays for two years. He hopes to return to radio when he has more time.

A Comedian at Heart

Bradley is one of those special and highly imaginative comedians with a gift for observing the ordinary and making it funny. He is one of the rare breed of comedians who can perform in the alternative Comedy Store, as well as being a crowd pleaser in family entertainment. He has also reaffirmed his talent for broadcasting and presenting and proved himself a new and exciting acting talent. He was nominated for Best Actor in the National TV Awards in 2005, 2007 and 2007.
