Jason Jennings Biography

Jason Jennings is a researcher who specialises in leading businesses and people to reach their maximum economic potential. He is an accomplished and skilled keynote speaker.

Jason started his career, working as a radio and television presenter and was the nation’s youngest owner of a radio station group. He later founded a consultancy firm called Jennings-McGlothlin, which became one of the biggest media consultancies, his legendary programming and sales strategies are believed to have positively changed many parts of the broadcasting industry.

In 2002, Jason travelled around the world to find the fastest landmark companies for what was to become his bestselling book,’ It's Not the Big That Eat the Small - It’s the Fast That Eat the Slow’. It has now been published in 32 different languages and was dubbed one of the top 25 books of the year by USA Today!

Jason has gone on to release other books, which have also become bestsellers. These include ‘Less is More’ and ‘Think Big- Act Small’. His most recent ‘Hit The Ground Running, A Manual for Leaders’, looks at the ways in which the ten most successful CEO’s created their economic profit from 2000 to 2009. His next book, ‘The Reinventors - How Extraordinary Companies Pursue Radical Continuous Change’ will focus on companies that have positively reconstructed the ways in which they work. Jason has reviewed over 120,000 companies as research for this book.

His books have been received well by critics and his work has been referred to as ‘extraordinarily well researched and insightful’. USA today has named him as one of the three most popular and sought after business speakers in the world.

Outside of work Jason enjoys spending time with his family between their home in San Francisco and their lodge, Timber Rock Shore, on a lake in Michigan where they can enjoy the great outdoors!
