Founder and Managing Partner of Leaders’ Quest, Lindsay Levin is an international expert in inspirational leadership  and its impact on economic and social development. Her impressive reputation and unparalleled experience led her to found Leaders’ Quest in 2001.

Lindsay was CEO of the Whites Group, a network of car dealerships, in the 1990’s, and sold the business to found a host of start-ups – some successfully and others doomed to fail – but both have shaped her learning in equal measure. Lindsay’s ventures have been widely recognised for their focus on people and innovation.

Lindsay’s stories are focused on the extraordinary people she’s met throughout her career, who have overcome obstacles and changed their world. Drawing on her prolific and varied background in business, Lindsay speaks with authority and intelligence on leadership (purpose, courage, vulnerability and authenticity in individual and organisational contexts), as well as conscious capitalism and the evolution of business.

Her specialist expertise is in bringing leaders from all disciplines and sectors together, to explore solutions to some of the main issues faced by businesses all over the world.

Currently, much of her time is spent working with corporate CEOs and their leadership teams on the role and purpose of business, company values and culture change. She is non-executive Chair and shareholder of a group of nursing and care homes for the elderly in the UK.

From 2008 to 2012 she was Chair of the International Steering Committee of OneVoice, and continues to support several global NGOs. Lindsay’s first book, ‘Invisible Giants: changing the world one step at a time’, was published in 2013.
