Phil Spencer is best known for presenting the popular Channel 4 property series 'Location, Location, Location' alongside his co-host Kirstie Allsopp. The show is such a success that there have been numerous spin-off shows including 'Relocation, Relocation', 'Location Revisited' and 'Location on First Time Buyers'.
Business
A qualified surveyor with a degree in Estate Management, Phil established Garrington Home Finders in 1996 with Kirstie Allsopp due to their belief that the UK housing market is biased against the purchaser.
