Keynote speaker Jez Rose has delivered techniques for changing behaviour in the workplace to some of the world’s largest brands, including Disney, Vodafone, Dell and Volkswagen. His energetic, humorous presentations aim to improve personal performance, achieve excellent customer service, and encourage organisations to put people at the heart of their business strategies.
Behaviour specialist, customer service expert and international keynote speaker Jez Rose packs his upbeat, memorable presentations with techniques for changing behaviours in the workplace.
'Your people are your organisation,’ chimes Jez. ‘To have a high-performing organisation, you have to work with your team to highlight positive behaviours'.
From pharmaceutical to public sector companies, from teachers to sales forces, Jez's lessons on developing peak performance, achieving excellence in customer service and harnessing the power of people strike a chord with a range of audiences.
He has worked with some of the world’s largest brands, including Vodafone, Dell, Kraft, Pfizer and Volkswagen, stopping for a spell at the blue crystalline doors of Disney to teach ‘their way’ to new recruits.
Jez may have removed his Mickey Mouse ears and surrendered the microphone from his comedy performer days, but he continues to channel his humour and insatiable energy into teaching clients how to become 'Service Superheroes', understand ‘the power of thank you’, and turn an ordinary day at work into an experience.
After studying and lecturing as a qualified further education teacher on psychology and behaviour, he was inspired by how these subjects can be applied to positively change outlooks and actions.
He expounds on this in his two books 'Have a Crap Day' and 'Be a Purple Banana’, in his contributions to numerous media publications, and during his appearances on radio and television, including Trouble TV, The Discovery Channel and BBC1's Breakfast show.
As well as remaining grounded in academia as a Faculty Member of the award-winning Unite University and an affiliate member of the British Psychological Society, he is recognised as a successful businessperson; previously, he has been a finalist in the Haines Watts Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and in the FSB/Streamline Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
