After two decades in the British Special Forces, Jason Fox has gleaned powerful insights about leadership, motivation, and operating under high-pressure.

Since 2015, he has starred as a Special Forces instructor in the award-winning Channel 4 series 'SAS: Who Dares Wins' and ‘Celebrity SAS’, which both recreate the SAS selection process on television for the first time. Jason’s also a presenter and producer of critically acclaimed Channel 4 and Netflix documentaries ‘Inside the Real Narcos’ and ‘Return to Afghanistan’.

Using his past experiences and those from his shows, Jason has created powerful motivational speeches on resilience and the effective execution of strategies.

Jason (or ‘Foxy’) joined the Royal Marine Commandos at 16. Having completed the Special Forces selection, he spent the second decade of his term with the Special Boat Service, during which he led numerous operations around the globe, involving hostage rescues, counter terrorism, counter insurgency, surveillance, body guarding and counter-narcotic missions.

After leaving the military in 2012, Jason co-founded Rock 2 Recovery, a charity set up to help the armed forces, veterans and their families cope with PTSD. He’s also an ambassador for ‘Veterans 4 Wildlife’ for the prevention of wildlife crime. In the summer of 2019, Jason took part on the ‘Poor Mans Gold Rush’; a 2,000mile kayak and 49mile trek through Alaska and Canada, raising funds for the Special Boat Service Association and Rock2RecoveryUK.

He eventually moved into private security, working with Sodexo Defence Services and XCell Aerial Surveys where he gained invaluable skills in project management and logistics; specifically, he is interested in the business side of the field, providing close protection for the likes of billionaires and oil executives (if the CEO of a big company is looking to sell, often competitors will look to exploit weaknesses).

In 2015, Jason started working in the TV and film industry, initially supporting production crews working in environmentally hostile areas such as the jungle, arctic and desert. During this time, he became one of the divers that found the lost treasure of Captain Kidd just off the coast of Madagascar!

As well as putting delegates through their paces on TV, Jason has been cast in a scene alongside Brad Pitt for a film he consulted on and has featured in an episode of the Gadget Show. He is also one of the main contributors to the book 'SAS Who Dares Wins: Leadership Secrets from the Special Forces' which shows how the leadership qualities forged in the services can be used in everyday life situations. His Books ‘Battle Scars’ and ‘Return to Afghanistan’ are both Sunday Times bestsellers.

Jason regularly leads and motivates teams in pressurised environments, designing packages for the ultimate team building exercise including being put thorough challenging and gruelling Special Forces Drills.
