Selected for the England Talent Development Group at 14, Zoe ascended through the Players Pathway, achieving notable success in her youth international career, including becoming a European Champion in 2015. Her remarkable journey continued with impactful contributions to the England U20 side and a seamless transition to senior rugby in the 2016/17 season.

Notably named Saracens Player’s Player of the Year and the Premiership's top points scorer, Zoe played a pivotal role in Saracens' triumphs in the Tyrells Premier 15’s finals of 2018, 2019, 2021, and 2022, earning three titles in five years. She further showcased her prowess by recording the highest points in the 2020-2021 and 2021-22 seasons. Zoe's debut as a Red Rose in the 2017 Autumn Internationals marked the beginning of a consistent presence in the team, contributing significantly to multiple Six Nations victories.

Signing her first full-time contract in January 2019, Zoe played a key role in England's Grand Slam triumph in the 2019 Six Nations and continued to be instrumental in subsequent victories, clinching three more Six Nations titles. Leading England's back line in the Rugby World Cup 2021 final against New Zealand, Zoe displayed resilience despite falling short, setting the stage for a determined comeback in the pursuit of World Cup glory at Twickenham in 2025.

Off the pitch, Zoe's commitment extends to academic success, graduating with a First in Sports Rehabilitation & Exercise from Middlesex University. Her illustrious senior career includes three Premier Championships with Saracens and four Six Nations Grand Slam victories with England, solidifying her status as a remarkable force in the world of rugby.
