Stephanie’s specialism is helping business professionals and companies improve performance, productivity and wellbeing, by helping individuals gain insight to facilitate personal behavioural change.

Stephanie’s business career has spanned marketing and business development in multinational organisations in manufacturing, professional services and IT, living and working in the UK, Europe, USA and South America for 15 years before founding and running her own business in property and construction for 10 years.

Her international experience brings a profound understanding of the challenges faced in businesses large and small and her deep interest and experience in different national and corporate cultures fuel her drive to help individuals realise their potential. An expert in the Chimp Model, Stephanie’s recent work includes managing a three-year programme for an international hedge fund; facilitating multiple Skills for Life courses for Kenwood Delonghi; and developing programmes on resilience, high performance and leadership for a national network of financial advisers. She is also delivering Learning & Development programmes, keynotes, workshops, webinars and executive coaching in industry sectors including professional services, global technology, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, recruitment, military, police and the NHS.

Stephanie has a Bachelor’s degree in French and German and Master’s degree in European Management from Cranfield University and is a former Royal Engineers Territorial Army Officer. In her free time you will find her walking spaniels or competing, rather slowly, in triathlons.
