Abadesi Osunsade

Abadesi is the Founder and CEO of Hustle Crew, VP of global community and belonging at Brandwatch Co-Host of the Techish podcast, which is listed in the top 20 Tech podcast on Apple.

Abadesi was recently included in the Financial Times list of Top 100 Influential Leaders in Tech and Tech Nation’s 50 most prominent and influential voices in Tech.

She graduated from the London School of Economics in 2009 and wrote for the Financial Times before joining London's tech scene.

Prior to her current roles she worked at Product Hunt, Elpha, Amazon, HotelTonight and Groupon where she was promoted after her first 8 months and helped scale her department 5X leading up to their record breaking IPO.

Abadesi is on a mission to help businesses, especially in the tech industry, become more inclusive. Through her own lived experiences in the workplace, Abadesi shares with audiences how we all have a part to play within our companies success. But to do this, we need to be respectful, have empathy, compassion, and remove our unconscoius biases which hold back others from fulfilling their own potential.

It was during her work expereinces that Abadesi realised many of us are still ignorant of discrimination in the workplace and fail to understand where to draw the line between 'banter' and 'discriminating behaviour'. This led Abadesi to come up with a revolutionary idea that she thinks may be able to help solve this issue: HustleCrew.

In 2016 she published her careers advice book, Dream Big, Hustle Hard: The Millenial Women's Guide to Success in Tech which is rated 5 stars on Amazon.
