He is an active and long-standing member of the Comedians Golfing Society, and is always in demand throughout the year to play in celebrity pro am golf events to raise funds for various deserving charities. When the agenda allows, Ian will always accept an invitation to join the golfers during the day and enter fully into the spirit of the occasion.
Ian speaks for both mixed and all male audiences and will vary his act accordingly when appropriate.
During the last decade Ian has played and spoken as far afield as Florida, and has been made most welcome at many of our country’s top golf courses, appearing for many major corporate clients, private golf clubs and societies.

Full time professional since 1979 working all over the UK and abroad, formerly compere at ‘The Night Out’ Birmingham and Baileys in Watford, and compered the Club Mirror Club Acts Awards, World Disco Dancing Championships, Miss In String, Miss Gossard UK and Miss United Kingdom.

Ian is very good and easy to work with - he is also good at reading and working the audience. Just about right for the audience we had at this event.
I regret we had a smal group who were rowdyand gave Ian - not anyone else - an opportunity. They spoiled a great evening. Ian did incredibly well in the circumstances
Ian was well received. Good delviery even if some of the jokes had been heard before. Perhaps he went on a little long but just as well as he was funny. If he'd gone on any longer people would have fidgeted.
Very funny - Ian handled the hecklers very well
Ian went down very well with our guests. There was a lot of laughter. At the last minute we did have children attending so I think he 'calmed' the act down for them which was the right thing to do.
Ian was simply fantastic - he made every effort to coordinate the evening and up the ante on the silent auction - he really had our best interestsat the forefront of the evening - incredible!
