Vassos Alexander is an engaging and adept corporate host; he is well known for his sports presenting roles on Radio 2 and Radio 5Live.
Vassos worked for Eurosport before he joined the BBC in 2004, he has commented on various different sports such as gymnastics, skating, weightlifting and extreme skiing. Vassos joined Nicky Campbell on the Radio 5Live Breakfast programme, which they presented for a few years; Vassos sometimes presented 5Live sport as well. Currently, Vassos is co-presenting The Chris Evans Breakfast Show on BBC Radio 2.
Vassos has an extensive knowledge of all sports and has covered sporting events including the World Cup, the Ashes, the Open and the Olympics where he watched Usain Bolt beat the 100m record in Beijing.
As well as watching and commentating on sport, Vassos also enjoys taking part. He has not much had luck with the sports he has so far attempted while presenting; he fortunately just missed hitting a tree when he was driving a rally car, crashed during a race at Silverstone and spiraled head first down a bobsleigh track before the Vancouver Winter Olympics.

One of the UKs most prolific and charismatic radio presenters, Vassos Alexander is a corporate host of the highest calibre.
