Fans of the first series of the BBC's 'Apprentice' will be pleased with the start of the latest series - lots of tears and tantrums from the latest selection of "entrepreneurs" ready to have their business (and stress management) skills put to the test by tycoon Sir Alan Sugar.
Last year Tim Campbell, a former transport manager for London Underground, beat the rather grating Saira Khan to the £100k prize.
Although the show does simulate a number of business situations, and creates a highly watchable series of competitions between the teams, the star is without doubt Sir Alan sugar himself.
As last year's runner up Saira Khan says: "It’s scary being in that boardroom because you have no idea what Sir Alan is thinking and what he’s going to bark at you. He does not suffer fools gladly and if you hit a nerve, he’s going to come down on you hard!
Each week the newly fired candidate is grilled by Adrian Chiles in front of a live audience on BBC3.
