Gregg Wallace and John Torode are set to hit our screens again this summer judging the eighth series of the popular BBC cooking show, Celebrity MasterChef.
Amongst the 16 celebrities taking part are pop star Heidi Range, boxer Joe Calzaghe and broadcaster Janet Street-Porter.
The show will air across six weeks, and the celebrities will face a number of challenges including mass catering for Cirque due Soleil and the Harlequins rugby team. The contestants will also have to cook for other famous faces including former England ruby star Phil Vickery and television presenter Andi Peters, who both have taken part in the competition in previous years.
Masterchef, which aired earlier in the year, was critiqued as being “too easy”. The shows judges have spoken out against these claims, with Gregg Wallace saying "Bonkers and delicious is amazing but very hard to pull off. We’re looking for food that really works – that tastes brilliant. And that’s really not easy!”
The upcoming series of Celebrity Masterchef is set to attract a large audience. Let’s hope the celebrities are up to the challenge!
