Royal chef Darren McGrady was stateside this week with Desperate Housewives star and restaurateur Eva Longoria.
Chef McGrady treated 1,000 guests at Eva Longoria's Heroes Event to Tenderloin Steaks with Whisky, Mushroom Cream Sauce and Three Cheese Polenta with Roasted, Rosemary Walnuts. Eva's Heroes is an organization dedicated to enriching the lives of special needs teens and young adults.
Eating Royally was the theme of Amwerican charity events, as McGrady was also invited to NFL All-Star Emmitt Smith and his wife Patty’s party as they entertained guests in their dining room to raise money for the Pat and Emmitt Smith Charities for Underserved Children. He served culinary delights such as Smoked Trout and Salmon Terrine with Marinated Lobster Tomato Mousse.
Chef McGrady impressed guests with his delicious cuisine and entertained them with stories from his 15 years with the Royal Family.
