The Confederation of British Industry hosts its annual conference in London today and Sir Clive Woodward is speaking at the event.
The aim of the conference is to look at ways in which our industries can prevent the European economy from falling too far behind the economies of Asia and America. The conference will look at the challenges we face and the positive changes that can be made to maintain Europe’s position as a key player in the global economy.
Sir Clive will be speaking about how we can achieve global sporting success and the discussion will be chaired by TV presenter, Jake Humphrey. The conference will ‘hear how one of the UK's most successful coaches and leaders in sports business has made his mark internationally and continues to achieve global sporting success.’
