Farmer and after dinner speaker, Wilfred Emmanuel-Jones, plans to sell his well known, high end meat to Jamaican supermarkets and extend his clothing range.
Emmanuel-Jones, who was born in Jamaica and moved to England at the age of four, owns Black Farmer Limited and is giving himself a year to get his high end sausages onto the shelves in Jamaican supermarkets.
In addition to his Jamaican business plans, Emmanuel-Jones is busy concentrating on adding a women’s range to his new clothing line and told the Financial Gleaner that he has invested £200,000 in the clothing business to date.
The highly successful farmer hopes to launch in Jamaica in the near future. He also plans to expand his Black Farmer business stating that his medium- and long-term plans also include Black Farmer restaurants and brand of Blue Mountain coffee.
