Pride 2021: Championing Inclusivity in the Workplace

It's clear that when employees bring their authentic selves to the workplace, they become more productive and enjoy a deeper sense of job satisfaction. Yet a Harvard Business Review Study has found that 68% of LGBTQ+ employees still chose to not come out at work.

To learn how your business can help create a more inclusive workplace for employees, join us for our first Virtual Pride Showcase on 10 June 2021!

We're delighted to announce Dame Inga Kristine Beale, DBE, Kellie Maloney, Mohsin Zaidi who will share their expert advice on how to champion inclusivity in the workplace all brought together by the host for the event Dean McCullough.

As the first female CEO of Lloyd’s, Dame Inga Beale  played a key role in changing cultural perceptions and highlighting the importance of diversity and inclusion at the 330-year-old institution. Drawing on her own experience at Lloyd’s, as a member of Stonewall’s Development Council and from her influential work in driving the inclusion agenda for women and the LGBT community, Inga will share what it means to lead cultural change and how to build inclusive environments within the workplace.
