Virtual Masterclass: Building A Team Culture For The Evolving Workplace

As we know, the pandemic has delivered a sesmic shift in the way we live and work. Many businesses, from SME's to FTSE 100 corporations, see a work culture with less focus on presenteeism and more on a healthy work/life balance.

What does that mean for team culture in this new world. How do team managers, department heads, business leaders, create a team ethos which positively impacts targets and brings us closer together? How can we encourage closer collaboration and build strong support networks when we're distanced.

Our next showcase will see 3 leading thinkers deliver their expert opinions to help you solve these issues and bring your team closer together in a way you didn't think was possible.

Hosted by Geeta Pendse, join us at 3PM on Thursday 10th September for our  Virtual Masterclass: Building a Team Culture for the Evolving Workplace  where we will explore how #TeamworkMakesTheDreamWork in this new world.
