David Dickinson Stars in TV Ad

12 August 2012

Bargain expert and awards host David Dickinson  stars in the latest T-Mobile TV advert.

The advert is an elaborate celebration called 'Britain Loves A Jubilee' on the theme of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee.

The ad, filmed at Shepperton Studios, is part of the campaign created by Saatchi & Saatchi, and is a busy, lively mix of celebrity and British tradition. It opens with a voiceover from 'TV Burp' star Harry Hill, and the classic balcony scene at Buckingham Palace features a choir, streakers, jockeys, and puppet duo Sooty and Sweep.

The advert is topped off with David Dickinson delivering his classic catch phrase 'Cheap as Chips' from the cockpit of the plane, flying over Buckingham Palace.
