Winona Thompson

I’m Winona, I am a born and raised Londoner and I fell in love with events completely accidentally because I’m actually a recent Criminology graduate from the University of Nottingham.

I worked for a restaurant as a waitress, after leaving uni then became their reservations and events manager and became a massive foodie of course. In my spare time, I love going out with my friends and reviewing different restaurants in, hopefully, lots of different countries on my Instagram blog because secretly (definitely not a secret), I think I have amazing taste!

Coordinating and organising events is a true passion of mine and I’ve been lucky enough to join Speakers Corner which allows me to meet such incredible speakers who offer me an insight into an array of topics which I otherwise might have never heard of, whilst coordinating their events! A perfect match!

I consider myself very caring and my friends and family, no matter how annoying they are, are everything to me! Hoping to do more travelling and eating with them this year and in the near future!
