She co-founded and judges the Aspen Institute Energy and Environment Awards, and served as an independent non-executive director and treasurer on the board of the International Step-by-Step Association. Lucy is also the chair of The Global Task Force on Building Women Leaders, and the founder of HighTech Women, and is the co-founder and chair of Leadership in Conflict which is focussed on developing leaders in conflict and post-conflict zones.
