Mark Rice-Oxley hosts our Virtual Showcase: Managing Our Mental Health This Winter

The next stage of the pandemic is already here bringing with it anxiety, fear and stress, which when coupled with the cold winter nights and a heightened sense of isolation, creates a major challenge for employers to consider.

Mark Rice-Oxley is a news editor at the Guardian specialising in foreign news. He joined the Guardian after 10 years reporting and writing from Moscow, Paris and Eastern Europe, with his stories published in scores of titles worldwide.

Mark has hosted many Guardian Live Events and is an excellent host, chair and moderator as well as a provoking speaker on mental health, drawing parallels with his own experiences of depression.
