Last year, management guru Sir Gerry Robinson  came to help Rotherham District General Hospital. He found waiting lists, low staff morale and atrocious staff relations: but turned it all around. One year later, Gerry revisits Rotherham and is delighted to see that the hospital is still running efficiently. But with government policy encouraging more out of hospital care in the community, Gerry is unsure about the hospital's future
