Despite being Britain's most successful Paralympic athlete, Dame Tanni Grey Thompson  is excited ahead of the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne. The 11-times gold medallist is the captain of the Wales team and will bid for glory in the T54 800m event.

The BBC televsion team will contain a number of stars who have had previous success at the Commonwealth Games such as Colin Jackson, Sally Gunnell and Roger Black.
