Javier Bajer
Cognitive psychologist and cultural architect Javier Bajer, Founding CEO of The Talent Foundation and former Senior Executive at Accenture, has spent over two decades helping global organisations and governments, from HSBC to Buckingham Palace to the City of Buenos Aires, turn values and mission statements into sustainable habits in months, not years. His keynotes equip leaders with practical insights to accelerate the cultures their strategies need, enabling audiences to drive genuine behavioural change and deliver measurable results quickly.
Organisations invest millions in transformation strategies, only to watch them fail because culture moves too slowly. Javier Bajer is a cognitive psychologist, cultural architect, and one of the world's foremost specialists in leadership performance and behavioural change. His unique expertise lies in helping businesses and governments drop old habits and build the cultures they need to achieve their purpose, transforming what he calls 'slogans inside posters' into measurable new habits at scale in months, not years. As Chief Editor for Strategic HR Review and a sought-after keynote speaker, he has spent more than two decades working with organisations from HSBC and Goldman Sachs to Buckingham Palace and the City of Buenos Aires, proving that sustainable cultural change doesn't have to take years.
Beginning his career at Accenture, Javier went on to become Founding CEO of The Talent Foundation, an international network of businesses and academia created to unlock human talent in limited timeframes. He has since returned as CEO, continuing to develop practical applications that produce real-world results. His work has been instrumental in some of the world's largest mergers, where he prioritises bringing people together ahead of technology. Notable achievements include helping HSBC Argentina become its fastest-growing branch, changing the recycling habits of six million people in Buenos Aires in under a year, and creating engaged cultures with shared purpose that sustain themselves long after his involvement. Holding a PhD in Behavioural Change and an MSc in Neurosciences, he brings both theoretical rigour and practical understanding to every intervention. He also founded Project Red Stripe for The Economist, serves on the RSA Council, and advises the Royal Household and Investors in People, whilst working with senior executive teams and boards from the World Economic Forum and dozens of blue-chip organisations.
Javier's keynotes on leadership, change, business strategy and HR offer audiences a realistic perspective on what it truly takes to transform culture. He challenges the notion that meaningful change must be slow, often reminding leaders that "time is change's blackhole". His presentations equip teams with practical frameworks for inspiring trust, collaborating efficiently, and increasing employee engagement in ways that produce immediate, positive action. Audiences leave with concrete tools to turn good intentions into sustainable habits, accelerating the culture their strategies need whilst avoiding the pitfalls that cause most transformation programmes to stall. His approach is both rigorous and accessible, blending cognitive psychology with real-world pragmatism to help organisations make things happen at the pace modern business demands.
