"Feedback from our guests was excellent, they loved his approach and said he was a real expertise in this area. It was good that he involved the audience with some interactive sessions. He also took time pre event to fully understand the objectives of the event and the profile of our audience as well as helping with the invites. It was a pleasure working with Javier."

In 1998 Javier, who started out at Accenture, became the Founding CEO of The Talent Foundation, the international network of businesses and academia created to find concrete answers to the challenge of unlocking Human Talent in a limited timeframe.

He went on to cofound WFP to develop practical applications around those findings, and Project Red Stripe for The Economist.

Javier holds a PhD in the area of Behavioural Change and an MSc in Neurosciences.

  • "He was great. His message was spot on, he quickly understood our issues and how he could support us. His suggestions on the day of how to improve the session were well received and it worked really well. The team took his messaging to heart and there was a lot of repetition and "quoting Javier" going on over the following days."
