Becoming MD of the database leaders, Ashton-Tate, and eventually VP International for MathSoft Inc. and CEO of Monactive Ltd, Paul was perfectly placed to publish The Leader’s guide to Lateral Thinking Skills, using his vast experience in industry.
He has also published countless articles on innovation and leadership in leading business publications.
With sales of over 2 million, Paul’s books have earned him The Independent’s ‘King of Lateral Thinking Puzzles’ title, and enormous popular acclaim. He founded Destination-Innovation, a consultancy that helps organisations improve innovation.
