I’m Alex Watt, a Cumbrian lost in London since 2021. I’m an avid sport fan, especially of football (both American and spherical), baseball, and rugby union. I also love TV, film, and theatre, and try to keep up with the madness of current affairs as much as I am mentally able to.
After studying at the University of St Andrews, I worked in the affiliate and membership benefits sectors. I always enjoyed working with – and getting to know – lots of different people, which made the role at Speakers Corner a perfect fit.
When I’m not despairing over the Carlisle United or Seattle Seahawks scores, you can find me trying to get out in whatever nature is accessible from London or looking for my next theatre fix.
