Jolyon Rubinstein is an actor, writer, producer and director who uses his experiences to energise and educate audiences on current topical affairs and key issues facing today's media landscape.

In 2013 Jolyon picked up a BAFTA for his BBC3 programme “The Revolution Will Be Televised” developed with Joe Wade and Heydon Prowse. The show went on to record 3 successful series.

Since then he has also been involved and starred in BBC3’s “An Idiot’s Guide to Politics” and 2015’s Revolution spin off “Revolution Presents: Democracy Dealers”

Jolyon’s most recent series, “Revolting”, also produced by Hat Trick Productions, aired on BBC2 in January 2017. It is estimated to have reached 75M Facebook profiles with its lead sketch “The Real Housewives Of ISIS’ hitting 30M views and becoming a global news story. The sketch was the 8th most shared in BBC history and became a global news story.

Alongside Heydon Prowse, Jolyon’s latest work is a podcast entitled “NEWS ROAST”. It hit the UK top ten early in 2017 with guests like Adam Buxton, Lily Allen and Romesh Ranganathan joining them both for three courses of compelling conversation.
