Lee Warren, an expert in behavioural persuasion and influential communication, joined our virtual showcase ‘Sales, Marketing & Communication in a Changing World’ to share with our audience some key advice and strategies to build relationships in this ‘new normal’.

Lee discussed why developing an emotional connection with an individual or target audience can be more persuasive than a facts or data led approach. Lee shared why stories are more memorable and how great communicators use visual language.

However one of the key takeaways we had from Lee’s session was to speak with enthusiasm and conviction. Audiences, especially in the virtual world, can tell if someone doesn’t believe or lacks conviction in the message they are delivering.
