Alistair Brownlee

Double Olympic Triathlon Champion Alistair Brownlee is an inspirational motivational speaker and co founder of The Brownlee Foundation. 

After studying Medicine at Cambridge University for a term Alistair decided to concentrate on his triathlon career and got a 2.1 in Sports Science and Physiology from The University of Leeds and a MSc in Finance with a special interest in financial economics, from Leeds Metropolitan University.

As part of the Brownlee brothers, Alistair and Jonny Brownlee are Olympic and World Champion Triathletes, as well as inspirational motivational speakers. 

Alistair won a gold medal at the 2012 Olympic games, and both of the Brownlee brothers achieved medals at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. Alistair is the only athlete to ever hold two Olympic titles in the triathlon event.

He is also a four-time World Champion in triathlon and a four-time European Champion.

As a Multiple World, European and Commonwealth Triathlon Champion, Alistair is now a Professional Triathletes Organisation Board member and in October 2021, was elected to the European Olympic Committee Athletes’ Commission.
