As CEO of the Resilience Engine Jenny’s role is to lead the organisation with shared vision and a clear strategy to successful growth in enabling organisations to build their own resilience capability, so their people optimise their productivity and wellbeing in an integrated way. She inspires practitioners, clients, partners, potential collaborators and prospect clients to embrace the incredible benefits of resilience and make this a reality for themselves and their own networks.

Jenny believes that in the world, resilience enables more openness, reduces stress and pressure, and brings more peace.

She has created The Resilience Engine to make her vision of resilience for everyone a reality.

Jenny’s leadership of the team draws on a hybrid experience of deep commercial leadership alongside 19 years of senior executive coaching experience, together with the insights from the Resilience Engine’s research. Her coaching work of 16 years enables individuals, teams and organisations to extend their capacity for change, and align this capacity more clearly against their strategy and ambitions.

She deliberately maintains a breadth of client organisations to ensure perspective and remain fresh. In the private sector, Jenny has worked with clients in the Energy, Retail, Drinks, Banking and Media sectors. Within the public sector, she has recently led on a National team coaching programme to enable Health & Social Care Integration; her clients also include local and National government.

She works on the Diversity and Inclusion agenda via her membership of Changing the Chemistry, of which she was a trustee for many years. Jenny is also accredited by the International Coach Federation (PCC), is an NLP and Gestalt practitioner, and certified as a Systemic Team Coaching via the Academy of Executive Coaching.
