Her work has won countless awards for beauty, health and wellbeing. She received an MBE from HM The Queen and has two honorary doctorates.

Alongside her work as one of the world’s leading wellbeing entrepreneurs, Liz is a TV presenter and the No 1 Amazon bestselling author of over 35 books on a range of health, beauty and wellbeing topics, including her recent No 1 bestsellers The Good Menopause Guide and The Good Gut Guide.
