Maya’s interest in mental fitness was born out of personal experience. As a teenager facing serious health challenges, she discovered the power of visualisation as part of her recovery journey. This experience not only transformed her own outlook, but also laid the foundation for her future work helping others build mental resilience, focus, and self-belief.

Since launching Remap, Maya has worked with global brands including Nike, LEGO, and Barclays, delivering tailored programmes that support performance, emotional well-being and personal development in professional settings. She has collaborated with schools, universities, and businesses alike, always with the goal of embedding mental fitness into everyday life.

Through keynote talks, workshops and coaching, Maya shares accessible tools for mindset management, habit-building, and positive mental training. Her sessions are evidence-based and designed to be inclusive and engaging—equipping audiences with skills they can use immediately, both in and outside of the workplace.

Her talks resonate strongly with young professionals, business leaders, and educators alike, as she speaks openly and honestly about her own journey, the science behind her methods, and the importance of making mental fitness part of daily life.

Maya also sits on advisory boards and contributes to wider discussions around emotional resilience and workplace wellness, reflecting her commitment to changing how we think about mental health in modern society.
