Dr Michael G. Kollo is an internationally recognised expert on artificial intelligence, innovation and corporate strategy. With a career spanning financial services, technology and academia, he has worked with some of the world’s leading institutions to help them understand and apply AI responsibly and effectively.

Michael has held senior leadership roles at global investment firms including BlackRock and Fidelity, where he developed strategies that bridged advanced technologies with practical business outcomes. His entrepreneurial journey began at Faethm Pty, an AI-driven analytics business, where he played a central role in scaling the company through to its acquisition by Pearson. Building on this success, he went on to launch Evolved.AI, a venture focused on applying AI to solve real-world business challenges.

Today, as CEO of Evolved Reasoning, Michael is dedicated to helping executives and leadership teams embrace the opportunities of AI while managing risk and ensuring resilience. His work emphasises responsible adoption, empowering organisations to navigate change with confidence and clarity.
