Caleb is no stranger to being centre stage, whilst still at school he sang numerous lead roles in the West End for 8 years, before going on to University to study Music, setting up a gospel choir and several successful club nights. After graduating Caleb wrote and produced an album and toured the UK with his band.
Mid-way through one tour, he accidently fell into business, and bought a few cheap houses in Moss Side, Manchester. Stashing away the guitar, he was soon buying 10 houses a month. Out of nothing Caleb became the CEO of the company as it grew to a £6m business employing 50 staff and with responsibility for around 200 properties. Then, during the Credit Crunch in 2008, the banks pulled their funding during a large property deal and the company ceased trading.
Learning from his-own painful mistakes, Caleb began to research what makes a start-up business successful and how to avoid the boom and bust cycle of so many promising businesses. He has developed strategies for bringing sustainable growth to fragile business ideas and moved into consulting.
A passionate and dynamic communicator, Caleb works in the cross section between business growth, humanity emotion and technological advancement. Caleb bridges both the strategic 30,000ft view alongside creating implementable programmes that create meaningful change and transformation for leaders and their businesses. Caleb is adept at working with large multinationals all the way down to rapid growth start-ups, bringing energy and creativity to implement sustainable growth programmes across the world.
Husband to Kerry, father to Iona and Ezekiel, Caleb enjoys a good old sing-song, a single malt whiskey and a mighty good time.
