Caroline Plumb OBE is a serial entrepreneur who has spent the last 20 years building innovative businesses. She currently runs Fluidly, an award-winning fintech that is transforming the way businesses manage their money using artificial intelligence.

After studying engineering, Caroline founded her first businesses aged 21, straight after graduating from Oxford University. She built them into Freshminds, a successful recruiting business; and Decidedly, an innovation consultancy which helped develop ideas for clients including Jaguar Land Rover, Telefonica and Nationwide before being sold. Both businesses won multiple industry awards for Best Agency and were 3-times listed in the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Small Companies to Work For.
In 2016 Caroline founded Fluidly, a venture-backed fintech which uses artificial intelligence to help tens of thousands of small businesses manage their biggest painpoint - cashflow. Fluidly has raised over £10M in capital and has been named in WIRED's Top 100 Hottest European startups and the Fintech50.
Caroline served as one of the Prime Minister’s Business Ambassadors for 8 years from her appointment in 2011, representing the UK in markets including India, Brunei, Singapore, France and Jordan. In 2016, Caroline was awarded an OBE in the Queen's 90th Birthday Honours List for services to business and charity.
