The CEO of FreshMinds, Caroline Plumb OBE co-founded her company in 2000 straight after graduating from Oxford University.
An inspirational speaker, she has established herself as a role model for budding entrepreneurs, and she donates a significant amount of time speaking on enterprise to businesses and educational establishments around the country.

The business has won a whole host of awards, include those for ‘Financial Research’ and ‘Most Innovative Employer’ at the Market Research Society Awards. Moreover, as well as being crowned ‘UK Market Research Agency’ of the year twice, it has been recognised as one of the Times’ ‘Top 100 Small Companies to Work For’.
Caroline herself has been twice-named on Management Today’s bi-annual list of ’35 under 35’ businesswomen - the youngest on the list both times. She sits on the Business Advisory Council for the Saïd Business School, Oxford, as well as the Advisory Panel for the £2.6 billion Regional Growth Fund; and she is a council member of the Small Business Forum.
Appointed a Business Ambassador in 2011, Caroline travelled with David Cameron, the then Prime Minister, in July 2015 as part of the business delegation for his trade mission to SE Asia. There were a number of high-level events planned as part of the week-long trip, with deals worth over £750 million and the creation of up to 270 new jobs across the UK were agreed.
In 2016, Caroline was awarded an OBE in the Queen's 90th Birthday Honours List.
Seeking her next challenge, Caroline and her business partner set up FreshMinds’ sister company, FreshNetworks; a full-service social media agency that provides clients with social media strategy, online community design and build, and online reputation management.
Caroline is passionate about business innovation and entrepreneurship, particularly about exploiting Web 2.0 technology to deliver advocacy and insight. She is dedicated to ideas and new approaches to business and is a regular commentator on these topics.
She has a first-class degree in engineering, economics and management, and, in her spare time, she enjoys long-distance running, and has completed the London Marathon.
