One of England’s best-loved footballers, Dion was given legendary status at many of his former clubs – from helping Cambridge move up the old fourth to the second division, to scoring on his Manchester United debut, to winning four England caps while at Coventry City, to being the joint top scorer in the Premier League while at Aston Villa and of course his stint with Norwich City.

Since retiring from professional football in 2008, he has built a successful media career as a football pundit for the BBC and Sky. He presented Late Kick Off for BBC1 East and can also be heard regularly on BBC Radio 5 Live.

Aside from his love of football Dion is extremely passionate about music. He has invented a unique musical instrument called The Dube – a percussion instrument which has been endorsed by Courtney Pine and has been used by bands such as Feeder and The Maccabees.
