Hazel Findlay has been climbing for 24 of her 30 years, and has delved into everything from competition climbing, to bouldering, to big wall climbing, to mountain climbing. During this time she became the first woman to climb E9, first British woman to climb 8c and the first British woman to free climb El Capitan.

Hazel's main passion is for adventurous climbing, big and small but you are also likely to find her at the sport crag getting fit.

Hazel is especially interested in the psychology of climbing and loves sharing stories from her adventures because they provide a unique opportunity to communicate important lessons she has experienced.

Hazel does this through engaging, entertaining and thought provoking storytelling that leaves audiences excited and motivated to think about their own challenges differently.

This is in part why Hazel has set up a coaching business which specialises in mental training for climbers.
