Taking this knowledge further he co-founded We Do Things Differently. In this role, he works with a team to drive meaningful change. Helping delegates in the business world to understand the difference between activity and productivity, his compelling presentations drive change and truly engage his audiences.

As his public profile grew, he was picked up by professional golfer Gary Evans, who almost won The Open, with Jamil’s help. His reputation became his calling card, and the sporting world was his oyster.

As the creator of Mind Shaping, and appointed by Ian Woosnam to work with the European Ryder Cup team in 2006, Jamil helped the team make history by winning by a record-equalling margin.
