Mark was an editor at the Guardian for more than 20 years, during which time he hosted dozens of live events and current affairs panels and chaired hustings for UN secretary general in London and New York.

Mark also uses his personal experience to speak about mental health in our professional and personal lives. He has delivered keynotes on illness prevention, workplace wellbeing and psychological safety and has run workshops with corporate clients on resilience and awareness.
He currently writes a weekly newsletter called Headstrong and is working on his next book
