Martin’s book Teach Yourself Making Money from Property has cemented his position as a leading UK expert on the subject of property. He also presents property training workshops around the UK, and has written and published a children’s book series called ‘Herman and the Magical bus visit The Villes’.
Martin has become a popular after-dinner speaker entertaining audiences regaling tales from his television career, but is equally adept delivering advice and expertise to corporate audiences.

He is the former Chairman of the British Guild of Travel Writers and a board member of the Institute of Travel & Tourism and the AIPP.
