Initially trained and worked as a Probation Officer in Yorkshire, Paul was previously an audience warm-up man on Question Time, made a prime-time BBC appearance on 'Joker In The Pack'; was a street-theatre performer  in Hollywood during the 1984 Los Angeles Olympic Games, and had his first book 'Writing a C.V. That Works' rejected by 10 publishers (It has since sold over 25,000 copies).

His Mancunian style of motivation is both practical and entertaining, as he addresses issues around dealing with change, handling pressure, motivating staff and delighting customers.
