Tatyana Mamut

Tatyana Mamut is a transformative leader and technology innovator in Silicon Valley. She has served as Vice President at Salesforce, General Manager & Director of Product at Amazon Web Services, and Director at IDEO. She advises CEOs and Founders on how to drive innovation and product delivery while building healthy corporate cultures.

At Amazon, she drove the creation of a revolutionary new software product and scaled the team from 2 to 150. While at Salesforce, she led Product Experience for the IoT (Internet of Things) Cloud—a big data, real-time event processing platform. She also led Salesforce’s Re-Invention of its premier CRM product, culminating in the “Lightning Experience” which re-ignited Salesforce’s growth.

Tatyana founded, built, and led the Organization Design Practice at global design firm IDEO, making it the most profitable practice in the firm. She led many high-stakes engagements including the creation of digital tools to drive citizen engagement for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, development and scaling of a User- Centered Innovation Culture at Life Technologies, and the Human Centered Design (HCD) Toolkit & Platform for the Gates Foundation. She has also founded two successful consulting businesses, Emergent Thinking and CS Solutions. She has won numerous design awards for her work at IDEO and holds multiple technology and design patents for her innovations at Salesforce and Amazon.

Tatyana has a PhD in economic anthropology from UC Berkeley and a BA in economics from Amherst College. She is a keynote speaker at global conferences and lectures at the Stanford d.School. Her presentations focus on technology and innovation—as well as the role of leadership & culture in creating and sustaining long-term competitive advantage in a rapidly-changing world.
