Duena Blomstrom is intensely passionate about encouraging banks to consider the concept of “Emotional Banking”. She regularly encourages Tier 1 banks to stop thinking feature set design, and importantly to place the customer’s feelings first. This requires deep cultural change programs enabling Banks to become truly Human Design led organizations that leverage Agile, and put Experience at the heart of their proposition. In turn, organisations start to build strong brands that deliver Money Moments not financial products by focusing on their people.

Duena is the author of “Emotional Banking: Fixing Culture, Leveraging FinTech and Transforming Retail Banks into Brands”. She is an entrepreneur and Angel Investor, a mentor for Startupbootcamp and Techstars, the founder of FinWinners – a Finovate coaching company, a blogger with cutting edge opinion style, the inventor of the Emotional Banking and EX concepts and runs the Emotional Banking and PeopleNotTech boutique consultancies.

The Emotional Banking method is a revolutionary concept at the intersection of HR and CX that focuses on Passion, Knowledge and Courage to enable innovation.

Duena is a regular international keynote speaker across the finance events space challenging audiences to think and act differently.
